cancel any orders, and to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by
dealers, resellers, or distributors. All payments are processed through secure payment methods.


5 - Shipping and Delivery: Eliksir offers free shipping on all orders within Lebanon. We process
and ship orders within 1-4 business days. However, we do not guarantee delivery times, which
may vary depending on the carrier and the destination. Incase of any delays,
damages, or losses caused by the carrier, contact our customer service to best manage the situation.


6 - Returns and Refunds:

We care deeply about your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
• If you are unsatisfied and the product is unused, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that return delivery fees will be charged to you.
• If you have used the product and are not satisfied after 30 days of consistent use, you are covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Products with open or torn packaging lamination cannot be returned under the 7-day unused policy.
